Here are instructions for setting up a Droid mobile phone to check your @kw.com emails. Please note, we do not provide an outgoing SMTP server. What this means is that you will need to use a different provider to send @kw.com emails from your Droid.

1. From the home screen, touch the applications tab (at the bottom of the screen)
2. Touch Email
3. Touch Manual Setup at the bottom left corner

- Select the IMAP option

4. In the incoming server settings, enter the details as follows:
Username: USERNAME@kw.com (for kw.com email it’s just USERNAME, for kwcommerical.com and kwluxury.com, it’s the entire email address )
Password: enter your email password
IMAP Server: imap.kw.com
Port: leave blank or whatever automatically populates
Security Type: None <–very important (do not select SSL)
IMAP Path Prefix: leave blank
5. Touch next to continue to SMTP Server Settings and enter the details as follows:

OK, here you need to enter your outgoing server. Since we do not have an outgoing server for use on mobile phones, you will need to find one. The remainder of the setup information should be supplied by your SMTP provider (ougoing server provider)

SMTP: XXX <–depends on your outgoing server provider
Port: XXX <–depends on your outgoing server provider
Security Type: XXX <–depends on your outgoing server provider
Username: XXX <–depends on your outgoing server provider
Password: XXX <–depends on your outgoing server provider
6. Touch Next
7. Fill out your personal information (Name etc.)
